Will the bar fit indoors?

We have a collapsible satellite bar that can be broken down and fit indoors as well as outside. We need a flat surface for the bar. â€‹

 

How long do you need to setup and is this included in my event time?

We will arrive at the event 1-1.5 hours early to setup. This does not take away from your 5 hour event time. ​

Do you provide water?​

​Yes, all packages include a water dispensing station and cups.

Can you buy our alcohol for us?

Due to Michigan liquor laws and regulations, we cannot legally purchase alcohol on your behalf. We will provide a shopping list to you that goes over the quantity you can purchase online, then we will handle pickup & delivery.  There are 2 options for purchasing alcohol:

  1. We will send you a shopping list, then you will make the secure purchase online, and our delivery liaison will coordinate the rest with you. 

  2. We will provide you with a shopping list and you can visit your preferred store or vendor for purchase. We will confirm all items are on-site or will be on-site at the time of the event, 24 hours prior to the event start.  

 

Are there additional charges for travel?

Yes, events 40+ miles outside zip code 48235 will be an additional charge of $.75/mile to the venue only . We include 40 miles of round-trip travel, however, we are always open to make a road trip! Contact us for a custom quote based on your location.  Events 2+ hours away will have a fee of $250 for hotel accommodation. 

 

Are you licensed and insured?​

Yes, we have General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance.

What type of events do you service?​

We service a wide range of events including birthday's, holiday parties, bridal showers, weddings, corporate events, private events, kid's birthday parties, and more!

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?​

Yes! You can add on mocktails to your event at $25 per mocktail or have a complete mocktail package where we provide everything for you. This is a great option for events with kids!​

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 35% non-refundable deposit to secure your date with the remaining payment due 30 days prior. You can cancel up to 30 days prior to your event.

What kind of setup does the bar require? â€‹

We require a flat surface to operate the bar and a nearby area to dispose liquids.

Can I do a cash bar?

Unfortunately, due to Michigan liquor laws and regulations we cannot accept money for alcoholic beverages. 

​

How early can I book?

As early as you like! We recommend booking early to secure your date.​​

Do you offer any customizations?

We love a themed event and are more than happy to discuss any customizations you'd like, whether it's custom cups, napkins, or decorating the bar to match your theme. We can also customize the beverages and menu to match your theme.  

​

What is included in the Full Bar Service add-on? ​

This add-on allows for up to 4 additional liquors to be served at your event, along with mixers and garnishes. If you'd like a specific mixer(s), just let us know and we will provide at no additional cost.

Do you offer flexible payment options?

We understand everyone's budget looks different so we do offer flexible payment options based on what is best for you. We offer payment plans and flexible pricing, so reach out to us if you are requesting a custom quote and we're more than happy to work with you.
